Baby Haley was super adorable and awake during her Perfectly Pink Newborn Session! I do catch some babies with their eyes open for some images but that is more the exception than the rule. This family was lucky to get both sleepy and awake pictures of little Ms. Haley!
I like to see newborns in studio when they are between 7-14 days old. This allows me to capture those curly poses that all parents love. We send our clients advice on what to wear and even provide a link to a FREE service that makes this process super easy. You fill out a quick styling questionnaire and based on your input, you receive wardrobe options for all members of your family. The site provides links to purchase from retailers we all know and love. Not looking to buy anything new? “Shop” in your closet and find items you already own that are similar to what is recommended. It takes the guess work out of preparing for your session!

Here are the sleepy images that all parents love! Babies this young are easy to pose because they are warm, relaxed and most times, swaddled. The finishing touch is the many props used during the session. These cute hand bands are so perfect, and I have many, many in studio for your use. I have too many buckets, baskets, and boxes to count but just know whatever your decor at home, I have what will complement it!
